It would be good to have a way to preview the users that will get the bulk reminder before I send them out.

Currently, Secfix does not allow setting a future end date for employees, as the termination data is synced from Google Workspace. However, for compliance (e.g., ISO requirements) and operational efficiency, we propose adding a separate "Leave To" date field. This field would: Allow setting a future termination date directly in Secfix Platform. Sync with the HR platform, which typically has the earliest knowledge of an employee's departure. Bonus: Optionally automate the timely deactivation of the Google Workspace account. This feature would improve data consistency and streamline offboarding processes while ensuring compliance requirements are met.

Different Levels of Security Training should be done for different types of Roles and Positions within the Company, e.g. Management level

The customer would like to see which policies a terminated employee accepted. The reason for this is a discussion with an ex-employee about deleting the company's IP from personal devices and wanting to check if they had legal agreement to support it (in form of accepted policies).

In an audit, we got the finding that we should improve and control the security awareness of employees. We are thinking about doing this via tests (Lernkontrollen). It would be great, if there we a test following the SecFix security awareness training, where an employee would for examples have to reach 80% of correct answers to pass. This could be a 4th point in the Employee page or a sub-task of the training (two conditions for green: Upload cert AND pass test).

It would be nice to have a way to hide employees who are not ''Not a Person'' but should not show up in the Inventory under Employee Assets. We have a set of identity provider users/emails with the #EXT "tag" on them. These aren't valuable for the audit so I'd like to hide them.

It'd be easier to assign users that are not a person if it was available as an option on user group column (employee page). That way, customers will be able to bulk edit for "not a person" users too.
