It would be helpful to restructure the manual evidence tasks, as per this example: A reference to the relevant policy (e.g., Policy 08) so users can understand the reasoning behind the requirement. Task-based phrasing, such as: "[Task: Maintain a register of X] to meet requirement [XY] of Policy [00]." Possible solution options (e.g., a, b, c) to provide guidance. Use case: Employees responsible for providing manual evidence often struggle to understand what exactly is required. By referencing the relevant policy and framing the tasks clearly (including possible solutions), users can efficiently provide the correct evidence without unnecessary back and forth. This improves compliance, reduces errors, and saves time for both employees, CSMs and auditors.

Description: Add an Employee Onboarding Checklist under Monitoring > Manual Evidence, similar to the existing offboarding checklist Manual Evidence [Employee termination checklist]. This would help track InfoSec-related onboarding tasks like MFA setup, policy acknowledgment, and security training during the onboarding process, given we are not using the Secfix Awareness Training. Impact: Enhances compliance tracking for audits Aligns onboarding with security frameworks Ensures consistency between onboarding and offboarding processes

It would be really useful to have the ability to manually move an uploaded evidence from the "Current evidence" tab to the "Past evidence" tab - rather than having to wait until that evidence expires before uploading a new one. I am aware you can add multiple evidences without needing to move it to "Past evidence", but I feel this might become messy quickly. An option to do this by clicking on the ••• this would be great!

We'd like to manually add evidence records to prove that we're actually generating "records of access request issues tracked". Since Secfix doesn't provide Clickup integration yet and we can't turn some ticketing-system-related tasks green, we would then add proof for that on the manual evidence list. I'm referring to the automated tasks called "Records of access requests issues tracked" and "Records of security issues being tracked" in my example.

Client would like to have a manual evidence for sending the vendors the questionnaire on a yearly basis.

Client would like to send out reminders to the owners for their pending manual evidence tasks. Currently this must be done internally. Other suggestion would also include sending out an automated notification once an owner is assigned and see the pending, assigned manual evidence tasks under "My tasks".
