The auditor made us aware, that any assets containing PII or PHI data, should be by default set to "confidential". Marking them "internal" is incorrect, which was a minor non-conformity. To exclude human error in future, we would highly appreciate an automatic classification of any assets in the inventory. PII/ PHI = confidential by default.

It would be great to have a simple and automated assignment of line managers for each employee in the Inventory > Employees module. Current Challenge: In the Employee Inventory section, we currently need to manually assign the “Reports to” or “Owner” field for each employee. Since we are using a HRIS (like CharlieHR), this data already exists within the tool (line manager/manager relationships), leading to double work and potential inconsistencies. Requested Functionality: Enable the system to automatically pull and assign line manager data (i.e., the "Reports to"/"Owner" field) directly from the connected HRIS (starting with CharlieHR). Auto-sync the "line manager" field for each employee upon HRIS integration. Keep the field up to date via periodic sync or manual refresh. Allow override or manual assignment if needed, but default should come from the HRIS. This would help us save immense amounts of time, through eliminating manual work. It reduces human error in assigning responsible persons. It aligns Inventory more tightly with source-of-truth systems like our HRIS.

Currently, you can only bulk assign owners in the Asset list under the Inventory section. Having the option to bulk change the value of the Description & Classifications (Confidential, Internal, Public) for all asset types would help in saving a lot of time when performing asset reviews. Similar to when selecting the assets using the Checkbox & assigning the Owners, an additional option to change these other mentioned fields would be great!

We would like to have a yearly reminder in the Inventory tab for the Custom Assets. Additionally it would be great to write a comment for each asset, when the review took place. Background: That was our minor non-conformity during the audit.

We’d like to have the ability for automatically assigning owners to specific areas of the product. For example, we currently assign all cloud assets to a specific owner manually using bulk edit. However, this means we have to assign the owner every time a new resource is added. It would be helpful if there was an option to set an owner for a specific area, so new resources are automatically assigned.

Set up Wizard for Cloud Infra feels outdated, It would bring more value to Secfix + customers if a direct API Connection was used to facilitate this process

I want to be able to add my own custom category for ISMS in the asset inventory (e.g. applications, etc.)

It'd be great to have an API that can fetch K8 resources so we can tag individual namespaces or deployments within a kubernetes cluster

The Secfix agent is monitoring the installed software on a computer. The list is available via Employee and the assigned computer. Very complicated. I would like to have a consolidated list in e.g. inventory, showing all programs, versions and number of installations.

For example if I go on my Cloud Assets -> Data Warehouse, I would like to be able to filter by the Service (e.g. GCP BigQuery Table , GCP BigQuery Dataset ).
