Preview list of users that will get the bulk reminder

It would be good to have a way to preview the users that will get the bulk reminder before I send them out.

Upvoting and commenting on behalf of Jan W. - additionally it would be great to automatically send the reminders frequently to the pending employees until completion.
Example:
User A has not completed the Security Awareness Training. Thanks to the feature, admin will click the "send bulk reminder" button, user A will be receiving an e-mail reminder every 3 days / 7 days, until he completed the Security Awareness Training.

Right now I can only send a bulk reminder to
every
employee that has a pending task. However, sometimes I want to remind multiple (but not every) employee from that list. I'd like to be able to select them on the employee page and then click on "Send bulk reminder" so that those particular users would get the notification.
