We are a company based in Belgium and as such use all 3 languages of the country ( Dutch, French and German ) and additionally English for contractors abroad

All employees as per policy can and need to be able to express themselves in their own language.

Especially for onboarding and security training we would need to at least add Dutch and French on top of German and English
