Upload Custom Profile Pictures for Users

User avatars can currently only come from the connected identity provider, which makes it hard to tell users and task owners apart in overviews.

Requested Functionality

Allow profile pictures to be uploaded directly in Secfix, by the users themselves or by workspace admins.

Example: Manual evidence task list → each owner is recognizable by their picture at a glance.
