I'd like to upload our own company security training in addition to the one being provided by Secfix. That way Secfix is the hub for all security training matters.

    Hey Gigory,

    Yes that's right. Today, if I do first your training, and then I switch to our training, the status at the employee is deleted. So my wish is, that I can do different trainings, but the certification/confirmation should be stay (like a version history). Training on your side will be watching some videos (VOD) and then maybe a assessment, which generate a document, which they have to confirm it manually.

    hey Martin Trachsel, thanks for your feedback! You can create your own security training under Security Awareness Training. However, there is only one type of training we offer at the moment - Security Awareness Training (except add-on training for GDPR). Do I understand correctly, that you would like to:

    • Add an additional training with a type 'Custom' or multiple custom trainings.

    • Assign custom trainings to the employee groups.

    • Add your own instructions there on Onboarding settings.

    • Allow employees to upload evidence of completion of training e.g. certificate or screenshot. You as admin will then track the completion

    Please let us know if I understood everything correctly. Additionally, could you please make an example of a training you will upload, what it includes and which employees would need to complete it?
