Secfix Agent should detect Screen Lock settings even if not set through the device settings

We would like the Secfix Agent to detect the screen lock settings on any devices, regardless of how it was rolled out/ applied.

Currently, it's not being detected if the screen lock was rolled out through GPO and this causes a lot of manual effort for our teams.
