Manually add "Terminated" status on users

I noticed that some of the employees have an end date assigned. Still, the status is not "terminated" yet like on the screen - a temporary solution that I have is that I mark the user as "not a person" and then I don't have any related warnings like "boarding not completed" or something like that.
