Manual evidence, mark last years evidence as still up to date

Currently, I have to re-upload certain documents to make the tickmark in the manual evidence collection green.

For certain documentsm, e.g. contracts that did not change, I would like a button with which I can say that the evidence was reviewed and is still up to date.

Currently concrete example: Our internet provider contract from one office site is still the same as last years.
