Improvement: Show Jira ticket key and title, opt. URL instead of ticket ID in results of failing automated tasks

Automated tasks for the ticketing system Jira report back the failing SLA tickets using ticket IDs. However, we don't know how to look those up, we can only search by ticket key and title. It would be great to get the URL or just to show a combination of the title and ticket key. One time we had duplicated tickets and couldn't identify them based on the title only.
