Improve Filtering and Sorting Across the Platform

I would like to see consistent and intuitive filtering and sorting options across all sections of the platform. Currently, the behavior is different in areas like manual evidence versus automated checks. Filtering and sorting should work uniformly across the platform to align with standard UI practices.
