I want the manual evidence record name to be automatically fetched from links/documents' titles

Usually, I would just reuse the name of the doc or link. But for that, I would need to go back to file/link, copy paste the same name and then enter it in the form. It would be easier if the name would be suggested after the upload and I would be able to change it if I want or save it as it is. In most cases, I wouldn't even change the name.
