Enable unique links for risks

Our customer manages their risks in our platform but tracks and mitigates them in GitHub. Currently, when linking a risk from our platform to GitHub, they can only use a generic link. They would like the ability to attach a unique link to a specific GitHub ticket.

Use Case

This feature would improve traceability between our platform and GitHub, making risk management more efficient for our customers.
