Enable agent to monitor extension-based PW managers

Some employees don't want to install password management solutions on their desktop/device. Secfix should enable the agent to fetch and monitor the use of PW management solutions toggled as a browser extension.

    Same was the case for us before we implemented an MDM, we manually had every employee install the desktop app, even if they were using the browser based extension. It was/is also 1Password.
