Bulk actions for risks and treatment tasks (edit, delete, archive)

It would be very helpful to have bulk editing capabilities for risks and treatment tasks including the ability to bulk delete, archive, or update items with confirmation.

In our case, we used the risk import template, and the processing took a long time. As a result, we ran the import again, which led to duplicate entries. We then had to manually archive and confirm around 200 risks, which was quite time-consuming.
