Auto-Assign Employees to Groups reflecting from HRIS integration

Right now, when new employees are added to Secfix through Personio, they don’t get assigned to groups automatically. This means we have to manually update their team in Secfix, which can be easy to forget and takes extra time, especially with new employees onboarding & offboarding.

It would be great if Secfix could automatically assign employees to the correct teams based on their department or role in Personio. This would save time and make sure everyone is in the right place from the start.
