Allow different link formats while entering links as manual evidences

We want to add links to manual evidence from our document management system, and the links look like this: xyzexample:\\(123)
Secfix does not allow this format in the ui, it only allows something like this: https://xyzexample:\\(123)
This does not work because we only need the xyzexample:\\(123) and don’t want to edit each time.
