Add "Risk Opportunities" to the risk register

It'd be interesting to add risk opportunities in the risk register as this is feedback we received from the auditors during our ISO audits (1st audit and surveillance).

This feature would allow us to add the monetary gain ($) we could get from mitigating a specific risk and escalate it accordingly.
