Add "Not a person" into user group column (Employee page)
It'd be easier to assign users that are not a person if it was available as an option on user group column (employee page). That way, customers will be able to bulk edit for "not a person" users too.

if it is about to add the "not a person" here like on the screen then I'm happy to see such feature :)
