Dear Secfix team. Is there an update on when this functionality can be expected? This is a core functionality I would expect from a Trust Center.

Hi Markus K. thanks for checking in. We understand how time-consuming the current manual process can be, and this feature is definitely on our radar.
That said, based on customer feedback we’ve prioritized a different set of features for the coming weeks. We regularly review priorities, and if this request becomes more critical or highly popular, we’ll look to move it up in the roadmap.

I'm pretty sure this feature request already exists, would be great to get an overview about when this is going to be implemented.
We currently always need to send the documents requested from the trust center manually via email.
This is extremely time-consuming and cumbersome. For access requests to documents in our Trust Center I want to be able to review and click "Grant access" (or something like this) which automatically gives access to the documents (instead of manually having to download the documents and then having to send them out to the requester via email).

Similar feedback from Raban S. - "when someone requests information through the Trust Center, I still need to manually send documents via email, which undermines the automation promise and creates operational inefficiency, especially when such requests are frequent (e.g., from investors, customers, auditors).
Suggested feature: implement a workflow where:
* When a Trust Center visitor requests access to documents,
* The admin can approve the request via a simple UI click (or automatically, via settings),
* And the requested documents are automatically delivered to the requester via email or portal access,
* Possibly with configurable levels of access (e.g., one-time link, time-limited access, audit trail).
Justification:
- High impact for compliance-driven customers (e.g., cybersecurity SaaS).
- Reduces manual workload for teams short on time.
- Makes Trust Center a dynamic compliance interaction hub.
