It'd be great if we could have a note field in manual evidence tasks so we can add some specific information to each task or things that we would like to implement or do soon.

In the manual evidence area, when we add evidence records with an uploaded image, we currently cannot preserve the URL or add a description. However, it would be useful to either allow us to add a description to an evidence record or save the URL and add image as evidence, as it can serve as storage for it and allow for quick access during audits when real-time evidence is needed.

I'd like to be able to assign the manual evidence tasks to myself or specific employees. I'd like to know who is the owner of the task and also that they can receive email reminders in case they need to upload a new evidence for the specific tasks they are assigned to.

I'd like to be able to track progress on my work for manual evidence. Some records require multiple initiatives from multiple stakeholders.
Tasks, comments, owners & statuses would be a nice start :)
