I want the manual evidence record name to be automatically fetched from links/documents' titles

Usually, I would just reuse the name of the doc or link. But for that, I would need to go back to file/link, copy paste the same name and then enter it in the form. It would be easier if the name would be suggested after the upload and I would be able to change it if I want or save it as it is. In most cases, I wouldn't even change the name.

Update! Now users will be able to upload files as manual evidence and the document titles will be fetched! Exception: for URLs users need to provide URL title

After a more detailed research, we decided to automatically fetch document names as evidence name while uploading! The exception: When you want to upload a URL instead of a file, we will ask you to provide a title since most of our customers are using private links to Confluence, Notion, etc. We are not able to fetch any relevant data for private pages.
