On the Employees, please allow all employees on the same page, easier to work with it, instead of constantly been back to page 1, even if your working on something on page 6.

Or allow the user to have more records per page, say 20, 40, 60. Guess more them this it will become confuse also. 10 per page seems pretty low and creates a multitude of pages, making the user constantly moving between pages, losing focus and specially time.
