Acceptance log for policies

Currently in SecFix you can see if employees have accepted the latest policy version. As policies are living documents, we will update them from time to time. Currently after an update, the acceptance rate is 0% and there is no prove the anyone has ever accepted to policy.
It would help, if there was an acceptance log. E.g. employee XYZ accepted V1 of the policy on date dd.mm.yyyy. V2 not accepted so far.
This would help greatly in last minute changes between stage 1 and stage 2 audits, an acceptance rate of 70% looks better, if I can show that 25% of the rest have accepted the previous version.

I was thinking in two levels:
1st policy overview level, acceptance rate of V1 (old): 87% (39/45), V2 (new) 33% (16/48) and so on, making it a list, where each old version is in. The acceptance rate must be with the employees at that time, since the employee number ist subject to change, but the old acceptance rate must remain constant.
2nd the individual employee level (screenshot): I want to click on the policy and see versions of the previously accepted policies + acceptance date. V1 accepted on 16.03.2022 V2 accepted on 25.07.2022, V4 accepted on 19.09.2022. It can happen that an employee does not accept one version, but then the next. This would be saved in the log and is ok.

Thanks a lot for this request Moritz L.! It's a great point! Is it valuable to see the list of employees or rather percentage of how many employees accepted it different versions? and why? Thank you!
