Option to add reason when I set an automated tasks as 'Not applicable'

During the audit, we would like to be able to see the reason why we set an automated task as not applicable. Currently, we are documenting it outside of Secfix but it would be easier during the audit to be able to show why a task was deactivated directly in the platform.
