Improved collaboration: Add more email notifications

Hi everyone 👋

Thanks so much for upvoting the feature, we really appreciate your support!

We're now exploring email notifications for when someone is assigned to an item like an automated check, manual evidence, policy, vendor, risk scenario, or risk treatment task.

To keep email notifications focused, we're thinking of bundling owner assignments and mentions in comments into a single email, sent about one hour after the first action.

Flo: Management group to get automatically notified when a new version is uploaded and approved. No issues with approval delays, the same user is usually approving and configuring, otherwise it's fast to communicate between each other
